integrated creative management services

brand integration

There are three distinct aspects of brand integration which are a feature of the Banyan Tree consultancy. These weave together to facilitate the creation of a more powerful and compelling brand. The three aspects are-

1. STRATEGIC (directional) this refers to the power of brand to direct and consolidate business growth

2. SOCIOLINGUISTIC (meaningful) refers to the level of congruence between the meaning of the language used within the culture of the business and the way the business is experienced to the outside world.

3. CREATIVE (functional) refers to the brands power as a visual symbol – the look and feel of brand and associated visual tools as they are used in the context of the business.

ALIGNING THE BUSINESS AND THE BRAND

The Organic Business Management™ was created by Ms Weldon to  assist businesses to integrate and systematise what they do and how they do it. Once all the areas are brought into alignment, working within the business becomes clearer and the business itself becomes more flexible. The Organic Business Management system enables you to build the business on a solid foundation through the completion of the following processes- Identify the core features of the business, Clarify goals/directions/objectives, Integrate logo & image with the core features, Create the appropriate promotional tools, Record essential information through the Template System

‘Prior to beginning the Organic Business Management process my business concept was literally locked up inside me. The process helped me give birth to my business. It enabled me to firstly articulate my concept and define its distinguishing features and from there it was able to begin to take shape.
The process gave me confidence in the breadth and depth of my varied experience. Instead of feeling that I had done many things that were vaguely related but had no direction I began to see that my different working experiences were exactly what made my new business unique.’
